These terms govern your use of Muddy, a ceramic pottery project tracking app developed by Cyril Chandelier. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Muddy lets you track ceramic pieces through their production stages, photograph your work, manage clay and glaze libraries, and set reminders. The app is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.
Muddy is free to use with a limit of 3 ceramic pieces. Optional paid plans unlock unlimited pieces, custom libraries, and backup features:
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription management, cancellation, and refund requests are handled through your Apple ID account settings. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You own all content you create in Muddy. Your data is stored on your device and, if enabled, synced via iCloud. Muddy does not claim any rights to your content. See the Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
Muddy Unlimited includes a backup feature that exports your data as a file. Importing a backup replaces all existing data in the app. You are responsible for maintaining copies of data that is important to you.

Muddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data will never be lost. You are encouraged to use the backup feature regularly.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cyril Chandelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or content.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
